BBTR planning committee is inviting club members and non-members to a weekend dry campout ride event
the weekend of August 11th thru 13th, 2017 up in Big Bear.
BBTR members and guests are invited to camp in Baldwin Lake at the property of our fellow club member Kent Fyfe.
This will be a dry style CAMP-OUT, so if you want to bring your Toy Hauler, Trailer, Motorhome
or just set up a tent that would be fine because there will be plenty of space available. You can arrive at Kent Fyfe's Cabin Friday August 11, anytime after 1pm.
We are also thinking of having a Portable Toilet and wash station available on the premises depending on how many campers/riders sign up for this event.
We will still have our monthly Big Bear Trail Riders club meeting on Saturday August 12 but the car show will be in town and like last year we are assuming that the Nottingham's Restaurant will be full again so we've decided to change the meeting location to Kent Fyfe's Cabin Resort at Baldwin Lake.
Miguel and Kent will be fixing breakfast at 9:00 a.m. for $ 15.00 per person for those members that just want to have breakfast but not participate in the overall ride and BBQ.

On Saturday, after a great day of riding, we will be barbecuing at the camp site and BBTR Club
Members Miguel Burgi and Kent Fyfe will be doing an
Argentine Chimi Churri Style BBQ. Please come and join us for a fun weekend of riding, eating and just hanging out with your fellow BBTR Club Members and friends.
Please register online for the BBTR Club camp out and club meeting so we know how much food to purchase for the meals. This event is for BBTR members and non-members so if you are thinking about joining a Dual Sport Club come up to Big Bear and join in on the fun and good food.
The fees for this event will be as follow:
Saturday Meeting Breakfast Only: $15.00 per person
Weekend Camp-out: $75.00 per person
(Includes camp-out spot, Saturday Breakfast, Saturday BBQ, GPS Tracks and a BBTR Hat)
Afternoon/Evening Argentine Style BBQ for non-riding members or guests: $25.00 per person
(with lots of Chimi Churri sauce)
